May 17 update

Thank you to Karla and Louis for hosting Bible Study tonight.

It was the last lesson of "Daniel lives of Integrity, Words of Prophecy" by Beth Moore.
Some key points:
  • God will ask, "How did you treat my suffering people?"
  • What we do here will matter in eternity.
  • Don't complain! Be a Daniel and stand out from the rest of the people. Focus on the positive.
  • We have the assurance that God's plan will unfold to the finest detail.
  • May the words and concepts he's taught us be sealed in us.
  • May we go our ways like Daniel.

Prayer requests:

  • Pastor Frank and Audrey
  • Jerry Kerns and family
  • Verlyn VanHolland
  • The kids as they are getting out of school for the summer.
  • Leighton Family
  • Justine (Greg's Daughter) Praise that she has and internship for the summer
  • Rob, Cindy's cousin, is undergoing chemo
  • Ryan - Praise for all the work he has done with they youth in our church. Pray for him as he builds relationships with the kids.
  • 2009 Graduates
  • Praise for all that helped in the 2009 Graduation Prayer Chapel.

We decided to take the summer off from lessons, but will get together once a month for social and prayer time. Todd and Robin will host a meal at their house in June with outside games.

Blessings:)
